Better for us and everyone we encounter
When it comes to uprooting the toxic behaviors and traits that we have become so accustomed to, either because we simply feel we can’t help ourselves, we give into the emotional push where our feelings overpower us, or something else (rage, comes to mind here, as well), what is key is being able to look in the mirror. And I don’t mean just take a glance at some of our behaviors throughout the day. I mean really sit and watch, from the best observer standpoint we can lock in, what is triggering our emotional outbursts, self-sabotaging behaviors, and conflicts in relationships. Because you can’t change what’s going on on the outside unless you start to fix what’s going on in the inside. And this is where the expertise of Caleb Petersen comes in–he helps listeners develop a more authentic and compassionate approach to living by gifting us tried, true, and tested methods for unwinding the aforementioned pains that seem to be forever etched into our spirits and allows us to etch some new grooves that are better, not just for us, but for everyone we should encounter.
