A book perfect to tackle my needs
I have a hard time organizing my day-to-day tasks, which makes me feel stressed and anxious. This book helped me to apply some strategies to organize my tasks and divide them to be able to finish them. It also has examples of people going through difficulties and the strategies you can apply to overcome depression for example.

I’ve always struggled with big goals and felt like I couldn’t keep up. This book made me realize I don’t have to do it all at once. Just small changes every day, and it’s been so much easier.
