It was disappointing to say the least. I know that Quechua speakers use any number of Spanish words in their speech. But that is when there's no Quechua equivalent. These words a rather few an far between. The creator/writer of the book carefully selected and included them into the course. Then he added a short list of Quechua words, for not so good measure. Lots of appropriate although absolutely unnecessary sound effects also were added to help learners to memorize names of animals and European musical instruments (again in Spanish, although with the indigenous Quechua accent). All this is accompanied by an upbeat BLUEGRASS music. Muchas gracias. (That is how you shall say 'Thank you' in Quechua after taking the course).
