About this listen

Sahiba is a young woman who is tasked with protecting a village from the dangers of the jungle. She patrols the nearby wilderness from the back of her elephant, Kashin. Taken from her untouchable mother at an early age, she has trained all her life for this task.
Shival is young man who doesn’t feel as though he fits the role his elder brother and grandmother have allotted to him within the small village. He rejects the caste system.
Raa is the reborn spirit of a man executed for his crimes hundreds of years earlier. He is reborn into the body of a huge cat which lives in the jungle and struggles to understand what has occurred while slowly regaining his memory.
Achard is part of an invading army who doesn’t believe in the gods of this land and, with his King, wants to see them all swept away, by violent means if necessary.
These characters will come together in a time of war and violence. Their trek will take them from the forests plains, through the hill kingdoms and into the Sky Mountains. Here some will find redemption and others may lose their souls.
