Calm Parenting, Happier Home
’ve been feeling like I’m barely holding it together lately. But lately, I’ve noticed myself taking a beat before reacting. I’m more calm when things get chaotic, and I’m handling those moments of frustration way better.
The real change has been in how I respond to the little things. I’m not perfect, but I’m definitely more patient. My house feels different, quieter in a good way, even when everyone’s running around.
It’s a game-changer, honestly. I’m less stressed, and I think my kids are picking up on that too. If you’re a parent feeling overwhelmed, this has made a huge difference for me.

Great book
dealing with 4 kids over here... teenager, 8yo, and 2 little ones runnin around... and honestly, this book is gold. not in a preachy way, but more like a tired friend giving u a coffee and a hug and some straight up advice that actually works when ur about to lose it. the 7 steps are simple and not full of fluffy bs. helps u stay sane when u feel like ur house is falling apart. i read a lot from the hospital lately and this one hit close to home... it's not about being perfect, it's about surviving the crazy without turning into the hulk lol. definitely recommend if u got little monsters and ur patience meter is on Empty
