Una buena guía para la ansiedad social
He estado lidiando con la ansiedad social toda mi vida y realmente necesitaba superarla. Este libro me ha brindado instrucciones claras, y me gusta cómo proporciona consejos sencillos y prácticos. Cada capítulo ofrece herramientas útiles que puedo aplicar de inmediato, como ejercicios de respiración y técnicas para desafiar pensamientos negativos.
Disfruté particularmente los ejercicios de reflexión personal, ya que me ayudaron a identificar mis factores desencadenantes y a comprender mejor el origen de mis miedos. ejercicios de autorreflexión
A veces, todo el mundo se siente estresado cuando se enfrenta a obstáculos, principalmente en el trabajo. Mi propósito al comprar este audiolibro es aprender un poco sobre los profesionales de la salud mental, lo que puede beneficiarme no solo a mí sino que puedo compartirlo con mis amigos y familiares que tal vez conozcan a otras personas que enfrentan ansiedad social. Es difícil superar los desafíos laborales cuando tienes muchas cosas en mente. Siempre debemos decirnos a nosotros mismos que aprender es bueno y nos sentiremos cómodos en nuestras pruebas. finalmente siento control
No recuerdo la última vez que no me sentí ansioso al entrar en un lugar desconocido. Este año quiero controlar mis emociones y encontré este maravilloso audiolibro. El libro tomó la sensación de que estaba exagerando mis síntomas y los puso en términos reales. Este libro es fácil de seguir mientras conduzco al trabajo. Aún tengo un largo camino por recorrer para sentirme normal, pero ya puedo ver una diferencia, ya que el libro me enseñó excelentes estrategias para emplear una vez que comienzan los sentimientos.

Una guía realmente reconfortante
He lidiado con la ansiedad social durante años, y mi tartamudeo solo lo empeora. La mayoría de los consejos que hay por ahí se sienten genéricos, pero este audiolibro realmente entiende cómo se siente. La autora explica las cosas de una manera que me hizo sentir comprendido, no juzgado. Todavía me pongo nervioso, pero ahora me siento más preparado. Si sobrepiensas cada interacción como yo, vale la pena escucharlo
