Amazing! This book provides a practical and approachable way of dealing with anxiety. The author talks about the simple (yet effective) tools to manage those overwhelming feelings. This is SO helpful for anxiety!
I absolutely love this audiobook. The author provides so many helpful tips for reducing anxiety, panic attacks, and overthinking that I feel there is a solution for everyone here. The exercises discussed are really easy to follow and implement, and I particularly appreciated the holistic approach the author takes by recommending nutrition, exercise, and other lifestyle improvements you can take to improve your anxiety. Practical and very clear thinking!
This book is cool clear and very well worded. it is specific and detailed, but not ‘bogged down’. it informs without cluttering the topic of anxiety (in it’s various forms) and how to deal with it. As a physical therapist, my interest in this topic was academic, and I found it both interesting and informative.. it to my understanding and was pleasant to listen to. Just so that you know, I received a free advance review copy of this audiobook so that I can give you my opinion here in this review.
