Wish I Had This Sooner

A god send for teen girls!

Someone very close to me suffers from teen anxiety so having audiobooks like this are amazing as it means they can just lie down and have a listen rather than having another human trying to tell you this stuff in person. It can be quite intimidating. Brittany's book talks about many issues facing teen girls including social anxiety, family related anxiety and body image. One chapter that is very important is on social media anxiety as that is a world where anything can happen and usually without parents to see what's going on. The book is very well written and narrated. The bonus PDF is not just the audiobook in print but full of bonus material. Books like these will really help girls navigate through those anxious teen years.

Helpful for my daughter
