Publisher's summary

Are you looking for a fun and effective way to grow your Arabic language skills?

Some languages can be a real challenge to learn, and Arabic is definitely no exception. After all, it’s not easy to find easy, fun, and accessible learning material in Modern Standard Arabic that caters to all audiences. However, this book has been created to change that.

A beautiful, enchanting, and ancient language spoken by over 420 million people worldwide, Arabic is a language that will allow you to build your professional career and open up the world for you. Modern Standard Arabic, which we will deal with in this book, is the standardized, literary Arabic that is used in print and mass media.

The Arabic world is known for its excellent storytelling. Because of this, in this book we have compiled 20 easy-to-follow, compelling, and fun stories that will allow you to expand your vocabulary and give you the tools to improve your grasp of the wonderful Arabic tongue.

How Arabic Short Stories for Beginners works:

  • Each chapter possesses a funny, interesting, and thought-provoking story based on real-life situations, allowing you to learn a bit more about the Arabic culture.
  • The summaries follow a synopsis in Arabic and in English of what you just heard, both to review the lesson and for you to see if you understood what the tale was about. Use them if you’re having trouble.
  • At the end of those summaries, you’ll be provided with a list of the most relevant vocabulary involved in the lesson, as well as slang and sayings that you may not have understood at first glance! Don’t get lost trying to understand or pronounce it all, either, as all of the vocabulary words are translated for your ease of use!
  • Finally, you’ll be provided with a set of tricky questions in Arabic, allowing you the chance to prove that you learned something in the story. Whether it’s true or false, or if you’re doing the single-answer questions, don’t worry if you don’t know the answer to any — we will provide them immediately afterwards, but no cheating!

We want you to feel comfortable while learning the tongue; after all, no language should be a barrier for you to travel around the world and expand your social circles!

So look no further! Buy Arabic Short Stories for Beginners and level up your Arabic language learning right now!

Please modify the pdf

Usually I would write the review only after having read or listened to a book to the end but I lost my motivation to proceed beyond the first chapter due to the nature of accompanying pdf.

I would like to ask the publishers to make the text copiable so that one could check the unfamiliar words in the online dictionaries eaaier. The vocabulary provided is quite random and with intermediate skills, you will need the dictionaries often.
