The concept with this series is simply to hear basic words and phrases repeated a couple of times after the English, and nothing more. That's useful for many. There's no annoying background music or lengthy English explanations, so you get a good solid percentage of Arabic. The pronunciation is basically modern standard Arabic. The selection of words for each unit is by topic, e.g., travel.
Criticisms - for each unit you get some very basic single words mixed in with more complex phrases said at the basic pace -which can be a bit confusing as you suddenly need to listen a lot more carefully.
The .pdf available in your library after purchase is pretty well done, with the English, Arabic, and transliterated Arabic.
It's very cheap, and so worth a shot.
