Story
Arduino is a fascinating platform used to build electronic projects. It is preferred by a lot of experts just starting out electronic projects. That is because of the ease of operation that it offers and its wide range of simple versions you can try. Coding with an Arduino program can make it pretty easy to control your electronics. You may control switch, LED, and so on by simply programming them with an Arduino board.

Infinite Powers recounts how calculus tantalized and thrilled its inventors, starting with its first glimmers in ancient Greece and bringing us right up to the discovery of gravitational waves. Strogatz reveals how this form of math rose to the challenges of each age: how to determine the area of a circle with only sand and a stick; how to explain why Mars goes "backwards" sometimes; how to turn the tide in the fight against AIDS.

Not What I had in Mind
The 'book' is too basic to be useful. As I was listening, I thought it would have been useful to have an accompanying PDF. It did not come with "the accompanying PDF” as referenced many times later in the text. The sample projects were so basic they were not useful enough to provide any motivation to even try an Arduino project. Who would want to invest the time, money, and effort into a project that makes a light blink?
There was no mention of using the Arduino as a stand alone system, but only an accessory to, and hooked up to a PC or Mac. I would have been totally discouraged to try an Arduino if this were my first intro. The subtitle is completely misleading.
