For relaxing
I’ve always felt that creativity was a kind of therapy for me, but I never really knew how to use it intentionally to deal with my own mental health struggles. This audiobook goes deeper into that idea of using art to transform emotional pain, especially depression, into something meaningful. What I connected with most is how it ties spirituality into the creative process, llike art isn’t just a hobby but a real way to heal and find peace. During a tough period in my life, I found that when I turned to writing or painting, it became this safe space where I could work through things without having to explain myself to anyone. If you’ve ever felt lost or stuck in your head, this is like having a guide that encourages you to express yourself and find strength through your creativity.

Creative spiritual endeavors
Storm Medicus has created something so unique that I don’t believe I have even come across it before. I always wondered why I always felt so zen, calm, and relaxed when drawing, making music, or just being creative in general. And it seems that there are spiritual elements to these reasons. But the author doesn’t just bring this to our attention, they also bring an awareness to how one can transmute their inner pain and anguish into a myriad of art forms. My favorite part of this title is the epiphany I came across that allowed to me understand that expressions in our art in the physical reality are indicative of what is going on without. Profound.
