A Daily Listening

I have been reading this book for years. I love listening to it first thing in the morning. I enjoy the narrators sweet voice and the affirmations at the end. Great book for the person who wants to recreate themselves and aim higher.

Inspiring & clarifying

This is possibly a life changing book. it definitely has contributed to my jouney of healing my thoughts. it's a nice book with clear ideals that not only shed light on the power of thoughts but also inspires positive thinking. the only thing I wasn't a fan of was what seemed to be occasional religious pretension. seeking purification to the point of not allowing for the human experience, which is messy and not pure. unless one is a monk or has a way to live their life in seclusion to the current human experience, they're going to have "unpure" experiences. an ideal is shared without the consideration of living a modern day western life. but, they are lovely ideals to think about. even if crushingly difficult to achieve unless, again, living like a monk

Powerfully beautiful

I really enjoyed this book. I was struggling with my job and surrounded by the best team with good support I still felt stressed and a failure. It has some key points that I will remember and the power of thought is real. It really helped me to be able to see a different way to think of how I handle different situations. Definitely recommend. Knowledge is power.

Good book! Robotic narration!

The narrator reads very robotically!! I found it very difficult to listen to and I enjoy the book much more reading it myself.
