About this listen

It has been a thousand years since the Gods were banished in the war between good and evil. Magic was stripped from the land and the survivors have been forced to rebuild civilization underground. The author creates a seriously well-constructed world. I became attached to each imperfect but colorful character as the story unfolded. I highly recommend a listen! Loved the narration. It added an entire layer of humor to the book which made it hard to listening to. I found myself up until the wee hours enjoying it. Bravo!
