About this listen

An experiment gone wrong unleashes a plague of living dead. In their wake, vampires, hunted into hiding, reinsert themselves into the world's consciousness, seeking nothing short of world domination.

Allison and Matthew Belmont are scions of a vampire hunting family. When the experiment to eliminate the vampire threat once and for all unleashes hordes or undead, they must fight for their survival trapped between their ancient enemy and a new one risen from pop culture.

Amal Sharyn's normal life is uprooted as she stumbles onto ground zero of the zombie apocalypse. Fleeing for her life with her best friend she makes choices that no person should have to make.

Jean LeBeau retired from the life of a field agent fighting the vampire menace now works in management. The different view of the ancient fight has brought a new perspective. One that is needed when zombies begin roaming the earth. This point of view leads him to uncertain allies amidst the struggle to ensure the survival of the human race.Emmanuel has always done anything needed to protect his family. Just like his father for him. That philosophy is pushed to the limit as zombies take over the world and drive he and his loved ones far from their home and safety.

Dr. Viggor has been driven to eliminate the vampire threat since he was drafted to the cause. He's come so close, yet now must pay for the consequences of his hubris.

Mind Blowing!!!

This is resident evil, underworld kinda Audiobook. You have a series of people where it's falling slowly and each one of these people and their families going through the story and honestly, it's mind blowing
So many things just beyond what you would think they would put in but knowing how the world is today, sadly I can imagine this and it's scary

Apocalyptic Zombies versus vampires

Ashes on Snow is a fantasy horror thriller. Karl M. Klein is the author, and he has written a great book. Dale Antrim did a great job on the narration. The story is interesting, entertaining, and more. A experimental virus is unleashed and creates a plague of the living dead. An apocalyptic world is the new normal and supernaturals become reality at least vampires.

Gripping - totally plausible story

I felt this story was gripping; it seems totally plausible (as far as the zombies go, I still do not believe vampires could exist) in my opinion. I love the short chapters, as they keep the story moving and leave plenty of opportunities for cliff hangers (I’m a sucker for a cliff hanger). I also love that each chapter is from a different character’s point of view.
Speaking of, great job with the characters, it took me a bit to warm up to some of them, but by the time I got halfway through the book, I was 100% invested in the story and can’t wait to get on to the next one!

**I listened to the audiobook version, and I feel the narrator could’ve done better in first half dozen chapters. Each sentence felt like it was being drilled into my ears with hardly any pause to reflect the punctuation; it didn’t allow the story to flow as it should have. But after that, it greatly improved (or I just got used to it, lol). I’m hopeful that the narrator will allow himself to get comfortable with the story and characters in future books that he reads before recording.

Surprisingly entertaining

I wasn’t too sure about this book for the first few chapters because it jumped from character to character, But it was actually easy to follow and keep up with each character’s storyline. It’s definitely an interesting story and I like how the zombies are different and the inclusion of vampires. I Throughly enjoyed this book and will absolutely be picking up the next one because I need to know what happens with Emmanuel!
