Super helpful book in understanding astral travel, including lucid dreaming & astral projection. It also helped me understand the nature of the soul, astral body, mind & physical body a bit more

I’ve heard or read just about everything available on this topic. This is offering a ton of new and useful information I’ve never heard anywhere else. I’m so glad I ignored the naysayers and got this title. I will be listening to this many times. Thank you!

I have listened to many books on this subject and find this particular book very disappointing. Much of the book is focused on some scientific mombo jumbo and difficult to stay focused on. The last probably 10 chapters talk about various out of body techniques that are done so fast that they achieve absolutely nothing and I would not care to repeat any of them.
Carefully think about this before purchasing this audio book as there are many others available that are much better.

Less technical mumbo jumbo and more spiritual guidance. I got as far as the first 'exercises' and it's a book on physical techniques rather than spiritual journeys.
