So much good information!
I was really set at ease by the way the information was presented. I learned great specificity about what social anxiety is and that being an introvert does NOT mean you have social anxiety. I learned about coping mechanisms and the importance of a support network. I learned about the 5-4-3-2-1 technique and that we can all learn and grow. Self talk is extremely important.
