Fresh baked

A fun walk down the bread isle. I enjoyed this compact story filled with information and Timothy McKean is an outstanding narrator.

Soothing voice, mildly interesting subject.

I fell asleep listening to this. I was not bored, but I planned it that way. What I really want now is a copy of the recipe. The history of the bread is an incredibly complex facet of our American history. This is presented in a logical manner, the facts are well supported, but it is not a long, technical dissertation. I like the relevant notes, which connects our now to their then.
