Relational Dynamics

Although I've previously read books about attachment styles, this audiobook definitely spoke to me. Everything made sense because of the explanations and the examples. Not only is it educational, but it's also quite beneficial for creating better, more wholesome connections.

Love and Attachment

One of the wisest audiobooks I've ever heard is this one. It explores in great detail how our attachment patterns affect romantic relationships, and I particularly appreciated the useful advice. It's a resource I will definitely be using again because of its excellent pacing.

Understanding Connection

This audiobook made a lot of information on attachment patterns and relationships very clear. The realizations were startling, and I couldn't help but consider my partner's and my own conduct. Anyone looking to strengthen connection and communication in their relationship should definitely give it a listen.
