Calming contemplative lesson

This was a good thing for me to listen before trying to sleep. It calmed my mind and had a good short lesson for me to reflect on. Voice is soothing as well.

Short and sweet

Awesome, well spoken words for a soothing tragic truth. Attachment is suffering, and marriage is dated, everything comes to an end.

Quick Philosophical Enlightenment

Super short enlightening philosophical audio book by Yung Pueblo. It felt to me a short version or a snapshot of ideologies of Buddhism.
