Confusing

How could the performance have been better?

this makes for a great 1st time listening. You do the boat exercise and release that which no longer serves you. The problem lies in repeating this same boat exercise every time you listen to the tape subsequently. If you have already released the stuff the first time you do the exercise, listening to the tape again brings back the stuff as you are called to release it again. it makes no sense.
Also the tape sets the meeting of the partner in the future. Therefore, it will remain in the future. instead of having us seeing it in the present, which is the way the law of attraction is supposed to work.
for these reasons, I had to give it a 2 star.

Unexpectedly effective

I bought this title along with several other relaxation and meditation titles and was kind of skeptical. But the reader's voice is great and I kept falling asleep while he was going through the relaxation exercise at the beginning, so I figured nothing was happening. Then I began to notice that I was getting along with people more easily and that was odd because I'm very introverted and usually don't feel comfortable around other people. I was also starting new projects and volunteering for social activities, which I usually don't do. So I finally listened to the entire session and sure enough, there were the suggestions to do all of these things. Oh yeah, and the vizualization exercise about finding your true partner was excellent. While that may never happen, I'm more than happy with the rest. I like that it's okay to fall asleep while you're listening (seems to have worked anyway) and you have the option of staying asleep or waking up at the end. And when I continue to sleep, I wake up in a much better mood. I recommended this title to a friend, and she's noticing the same results. The material is well done and the reader is excellent. Give it a try!
