Story
The familiar reality is the physical one-percent material realm in which we live, yet there is another dimension the world beyond our five senses. According to Kabbalah, this is called the 99-percent realm. Everything we truly desire: love, joy, peace of mind, freedom, inspiration, and answers are available when we connect to the 99-percent reality. The problem is that most of us have inadvertently disconnected ourselves from this dimension. Imagine if we could access this source at will, and on a continuing basis. This is the power of Kabbalah.

The Kabbalah is divided into three branches—the theoretical, the meditative, and the magical. While many books, both in Hebrew and English, have explored the theoretical Kabbalah, very little has been published regarding the meditative methods of the various schools of Kabbalah. Aryeh Kaplan's landmark work reveals the methodology of the ancient Kabbalists and stresses the meditative techniques that were essential to their discipline, including:

Not feeling well on the Jewish New Year in September 1991, the Rabash summoned his prime disciple and personal assistant, Michael Laitman, to his bedside and handed him that notebook. Its cover contained only one word, "shamati (I heard)". As he handed the notebook, he said to Laitman, "Take it and learn from it." The following morning, he perished in his student's arms, leaving him and many of his other disciples without guidance in this world.

He expounds on the dynamics of the spiritual domain, the worlds of the Sefirot, souls, and angels. When properly understood, Sefer Yetzirah becomes the instruction manual for a very special type of meditation meant to strengthen concentration and to aid the development of telekinetic and telepathic powers.

Experience a practical, uplifting, and fascinating introduction to a time-honored system of spiritual growth and self-discovery. The Kabbalah, Judaism's timeless mystical tradition, was said to be brought down from heaven by angels. Its teachings were originally passed down by word of mouth because mystics believed its secrets transcended the written word. Deep down, most people think that happiness comes from having or doing something. Here, in Alan Watts’s groundbreaking third book (originally published in 1940), he offers a more challenging thesis: authentic happiness comes from embracing life as a whole in all its contradictions and paradoxes, an attitude that Watts calls the “way of acceptance.” Drawing on Eastern philosophy, Western mysticism, and analytic psychology, Watts demonstrates that happiness comes from accepting both the outer world around us and the inner world inside us,

In illuminating the nature of this shift in consciousness, Tolle describes in detail how our current ego-based state of consciousness operates. Then gently, and in very practical terms, he leads us into this new consciousness. We will come to experience who we truly are and learn to live and breathe freely.

On this unabridged audiobook Stuart Wilde explains that the Force is a part of each and every thing in the physical plane. This includes our planet, the stars and galaxies, and the physical universe...as it stretches out into space, beyond our perception. By its very nature the Force is immortal and never-ending. Because it is the inner light or "livingness" within all things, we call it universal.

Too much talking around the subject
I personally read and listen to Kabbalist writings for their instructional value rather than theological/ theoretic analysis and this is decidedly the latter. If you're looking to understand what Kabbalah is this is pretty good, if you're looking to guidance on practice, this will be frustrating.
