I use the Rider Waite Tarot, but you can view the card while you listen using your own Tarot card deck or a computer. Today, we're exploring the Seven of Swords, focusing on reversals. Let's start with the divine meaning of the card and then its meaning when reversed. The Seven of Swords upright often represents strategy, secrecy, or even deception, whether self-deception or hiding things from others. It's a card of caution, suggesting careful navigation through tricky situations. However, when the Seven of Swords appears reversed, this energy shifts. The reversed card often points to a time when hidden matters come to light or when a need for honesty and self-reflection becomes urgent. The reversed Seven of Swords can indicate a moment of reckoning, where things previously hidden are exposed. It's about finding clarity, facing the truth, and releasing the burden of secrecy. So what does that mean when we see the Seven of Swords reversed in a reading? When the Seven of Swords reversed appears in a reading, it's often a sign that honesty is needed. This card invites you to consider the value of honesty and embrace the relief from aligning your actions with your values. It may also suggest that someone in your life has been dishonest or manipulative. Still, their intentions are now coming to light. The reversed Seven of Swords encourages you to face these revelations with courage and to use this newfound clarity to make informed decisions. So, what is the best way to memorize the Seven of Swords in reverse?Tying the card to a personal experience helps me remember it. For example, my reversed Seven of Swords moment was working a job where the company was sold. I remember that projects were being put on hold, and leadership was not committing to any longer-term requests, such as asking for funding for a course. It's hard to explain, but the work was moving in slow motion, and leaders were also leaving. At this stage of my career, these are all common signs. However, the revelation surprised me when I first experienced this. I started thinking back and putting the pieces together. I was not very courageous when the truth was revealed. I held my composure but felt sick to my stomach and blindsided. We were pulled into a boardroom and asked to leave immediately. The servers were off, and there were cheques for us on the way out. The seven of wands reversed reminds me of that sudden revelation, and all those pieces moving around leading up to it. That's all for today's episode on the Seven of Swords reversed. Remember, to memorize tarot, keep practicing tarot. Thanks for listening.#sevenofswords #memorize #suitofswords #courtcards #learn #learning #Tarot #cards #riderwaite #Tarotdeck #...
