The story of Daniel LaPlante is almost too terrifying to believe, but it's all true. Daniel was a strange a disturbed boy who spent a lot of time in the woods. He then became obsessed with Tina Bowen, who was grieving the death of her mother. Strange things began to happen in the Bowen household and Tina and her sister Karen were convinced, the ghost of their dead mother was visiting them. But then, the actions became sinister and scary. Frank Bowen was convinced his daughters were grieving and making things up, but then, one night he was confronted by a boy in his daughter's bedroom; a boy wearing his dead wife's clothing, make up and wig holding a hatchet. Daniel LaPlante is arrested but while on parole, he broke into the Gustofson house and did the unthinkable.
