New School Foods is a Toronto-based company producing whole-cut seafood made entirely from plants, with their inaugural product being a plant-based filet that looks, tastes, cooks, and flakes like salmon. Jeffray graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in 2020.
