helps with back pain

I think one thing that particularly good about this book being an audio version is that, you can listen to it, and also practice the exercies that's taught in this book. Imagine if you are reading it on paper, you'd be pushing your muscles then come over to turn the pages. So this is really good. The author is brilliant to turn this into audios. The narration is very clear as well. The information in this book is very practical, easy to do. and they truly helped with my back pain

Release your Back

I like this book because it gives you the official instructions of stretches that, although most of us already do it without knowing, are the way to slowly get rid of back pain. I’m young but due to my work; I’ve had back pain for many years now. This book was a great reminder of some of the workouts that I have been missing in my routine. My personal favorites are the piriformis stretch and hamstring stretches (which I need very much). It also covers much more than just stretches. Quick read and very useful.

Very Useful and Practical

I think this is about as good as an audiobook for back pain can be (without the ability to have images) although there is an accompanying document to show postures. So, this is really good because the narrator has a great voice and a good pace and way of presenting. The information gives credit to what is shared and then goes into the practical stuff: exercises, stretches and routines suggested with special distinctions depending on what back problems you have.
