About this listen

When a nasty winter storm rushes into the small town of Milton, Illinois, no one knows that it's ushering in one of the worst crime sprees of the town's history. During a robbery of St. Michael's collections on Christmas Eve, a Catholic Priest is murdered. The robbers left no clues behind. As Steve Marks and Stanley Cooper scramble around for leads on the murder, news comes of an even stranger case. A six-hundred-pound polar bear has gotten loose and mauled a man to death. Not only that, the bear, Burt, is now loose on the streets of Milton.

Bad People is guaranteed to raise your blood pressure.

I don't think Anthony Perkins learned anything about punctuation in schools. His reading was so fast he avoided comas and periods. I actually had to slow the speed of reading to below default, and even doing that the transitions from one person, or scene was non existent. To add insult to injury, he often cleared his throat and just kept reading, unpleasant to say the least. Too bad as a good reader could have brought life to a fairly good story. Had I not just returned a book, I would have returned this. For those without eye problems I suggest reading it.
