great audiobook for seniors

What I love most about this program is its accessibility. As someone with limited mobility, I've struggled to find a fitness routine that works for me. Amazing help!

The book is clear, direct, and compassionate. The attached pdf took this above and beyond to make sure you could listen and follow along for ultimate success. Excellent Resource For Seniors

I have elderly parents who could use more flexibility in their lives and not knowing really how to help them, this book stepped up. This is a very important guide on how to regain your strength and flexibility in a SAFE way. Although it's geared toward seniors, my young-self actually got quite a bit out of it as well!

My parents enjoyed the fact that they could do these very simple poses from the comfort of their own chair. Now that I've shown them how to do it, they can do it on their own now. Once they get more comfortable with these poses, we'll move on to the longer yoga sessions.

If you or someone you know could use more energy and self-care, go ahead and try this book; you won't be disappointed.
