Helping my hurt kneee

Amazing help!

The book is clear, direct, and compassionate. The attached pdf took this above and beyond to make sure you could listen and follow along for ultimate success. This is a super helpful book and will help you to keep from being sedentary and be strong without overdoing it. I can follow this every day.

Excellent Resource For Seniors

I have elderly parents who could use more flexibility in their lives and not knowing really how to help them, this book stepped up. This is a very important guide on how to regain your strength and flexibility in a SAFE way. Although it's geared toward seniors, my young-self actually got quite a bit out of it as well!

My parents enjoyed the fact that they could do these very simple poses from the comfort of their own chair. Now that I've shown them how to do it, they can do it on their own now. Once they get more comfortable with these poses, we'll move on to the longer yoga sessions.

If you or someone you know could use more energy and self-care, go ahead and try this book; you won't be disappointed.

Safe and Beneficial Chair Yoga

I really thought this book was an excellent guide to not only chair yoga but also total wellness for seniors. The author includes 25 yoga poses to promote strength, flexibility, and energy. This book is easy to understand and none of the poses are out of reach for seniors. This book also highlights meditation for relaxation and improved concentration. One important procedure the author stressed was warm-up poses to prevent injury. Sleep habits and healthy food intake are also mentioned to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This book is a must-read for anyone wanting to improve their physical well-being.
