The man never missed a mortgage payment!

I just can't imagine that a bank would treat their customer like this. Definitely makes you question who is trustworthy and who you should do business with. The author outlines, detail by detail, using actual wording from documents written by the parties involved, what happened in this case that led to the fraud and loss of property by the owner. It is horrible that the people running a bank were able to cause this to happen to another human being without punishment. I really enjoyed following what happened. The author did a great job of presenting the facts and the loopholes that you need to watch out for.
