Very helpful for those taking a Psychology course

I'm enrolled in a Psychology course in college and this book follows pretty much all of the same concepts that I'm going over in my textbook at a less detailed level. I found it to be a good supplementary tool to help understand some of the concepts of the material.
I don't think the recorder was as bad as people are letting on. He's a bit like Simon Vance and Tim Gerard Renolds, but at a much lower level.
I would recommend this book for anyone wanting some extra help for their studies or just more information on the basic topics.
