Such a relaxing way to end the day
The perfect thing to listen to as you go to sleep. It has become a part of my nightly routine! I found it a really soothing way to end my often hectic days. I love the mixture of inspirational stories and scripture-based reflections. It's great at ridding me of my daily worries and getting me into a peaceful mindset, ready for a restful sleep. Ever since I have been listening to this audio, I have had no problems getting to sleep, and I love the fact that I feel great the next day due to a good night’s sleep.
