Such a great book for teens!
This audiobook is so useful and relevant for teens. It is relatable and sections are not too long, but make the important points, which is so important for teens to be engaged while teaching how to recognize toxic behavior.
I also really like that it gives examples/ analogies, reflection questions and also, that it consistently tries to put things into perspective when someone says something negative about them or to them (it’s not about you, it’s about them). I love the empowering language also, which is also consistent throughout.

What an amazingly supportive resource! the structure of the book is easy to follow and takes you on a journey to rebuild self-esteem and self-love.
