So Insightful
A friend recommended this book to me when I was telling her about some of the symptoms I was experiencing. To be honest I didn't even know what adrenal fatigue was but this book helped me learn so much more about it. I feel like the symptoms it describes really hits on what I experience on a daily basis. I'm starting to implement some of the ways I can manage stress better and make some dietary changes. Overall this book was an eye opener and I would recommend it if you're feeling exhausted all the time and don't understand why.
