Worthwhile, Thorough, and Clear

When embarking on a new venture, I work best with a simple, clear framework as a guide. This text and videos provide just that. Yet it also includes options to mix up and personalize the exercises to meet your individual goals. The author even addresses how to overcome lack of motivation. So important for lasting success!
The step-by-step instructions are simple, clear, and easy to follow. I especially enjoyed the variety of breathing exercises, not just the 4-7-8 technique which I had already used.
I will return to this book often to fully digest the wealth of information included. Highly recommend it!

Great Exercise Guide

This book was amazing for me to be more active in my own home during the winter while stuck inside. The exercises are fairly easy yet still challenging enough to be worth it and can be done with minimal equipment in your own home. I appreciate the fact that I did not need to leave my house to exercise as the gym can be expensive and makes me self-conscious. I can tell that both my physical and mental health have improved after doing these exercises for just a week and that it should continue to improve as long as I stick with it. The best thing is that it has been really easy to stick with as I can do them while watching TV or while listening to audiobooks. I also really like the narrator and the writing as a whole. It's an amazing listen and a great practical guide.
