As this to your Alexa Echo routine and let the automation take over so all you have to do is listen each time it comes on.

I have to listen at 1.25x (125%) speed, because it feels too slow otherwise, and as others have said, the damage voice does seem a bit robotic (with a nasal/pinched vocal tone). YMMV.

The chapter explaining affirmations makes this less useful for a during-sleep hypnosis session, but if the volume is low enough, perhaps it won't wake you. I didn't wake up when I had this set to go off well past midnight.

Try out several in the series for whatever issues you are struggling with, and your internal monologue WILL begin to develop a more healthy narrative.

I've been listening for about a week to various titles in this same series (and a few others from other authors) at various parts of the day with various levels of engagement, from completely lacking focus to listening intently, and I am starting to feel better.
