I love this interview! It's a pretty comprehensive overview of copywriting and its principles. The things he did to prepare himself for this career are things many many successful copywriters have done to learn from previous home run hitters in the copywriting world! He also talks about the importance of understanding the ideal buyer's head... Definitely worth 45 minutes or so!

I was disappointed in the overall audio quality on both sides of the interview. In particular, Ben needed a better microphone.
