A Powerful Tool for Postpartum

I wish I'd had this book during my postpartum journey. It would have helped me make sense of the emotions I was experiencing and the tools for managing the anxiety and overwhelm I was dealing with. The workbook is an incredible bonus!

This book supports new mothers when we don't often have family nearby to help and will give the new mom confidence to embrace the new you with clarity and grace.

I will be sharing this with my expecting friends to help them prepare. I highly recommend this book if you are struggling with postpartum. This books offers a safe, understanding space to find your way again.

Helping my sis at her most needed time

My sister just had her first kiddo a month ago, and she is having some depression. Her OB says it was postpartum depression and placed her on meds. I wanted to learn everything I could so I could be there for her. I found this audiobook that I can listen to on my way to and from work. I loved it. The information was given in a way I could grasp, and it was in an easy-to-follow order. With my new knowledge, I am now ready to help my sister through this tough time.

PPD helper
