Good information
I do not have ADHD myself, but my son does. There was a lot of good information in this book that will help me as I try to better understand him and the way he navigates the world.

Very Helpful!
With the medication shortage, my ADHD has pretty much been unmanaged. I have forgotten a lot tools that I learned in therapy 2 decades ago when I was first diagnosed, and this book is helping me by reminding me of some of those tools and giving me new tools to help me cope.
My biggest struggle is keeping a clean house. I have always struggled with keeping my space clean and this book is helping me a TON to organize, reduce clutter, and clean. The author breaks down tasks and suggests you stop after each chapter and implement what that chapter was about. And then the next day, do the following chapter. It's been so helpful. I'm either an all or nothing type of person, so if I'm not spending 10+ hours deep cleaning my house, then I'm doing the bare minimum to have clean clothes and clean dishes. I recommend this book to anyone with ADHD that wants to get a handle on many tasks that seem to come so naturally for neurotypical folks.

Better late than never
For years I’ve been trying to get my house in order, read lots of different book, but I just could not get it from theory to reality.
These books helped me understand my recent adhd diagnosis and gave me tools to finally start making changes and being more kind to myself.

Wow. So insightful
In listening to this audiobook, I discovered why things are the way they are. So many things hit home and makes me wander if all these years of struggling with disorganization and other issues had me misdiagnosed. So many symptoms of adult ADHD coinside with other mental illnesses. I get overwhelmed and lose focus so easily.
The tips and tricks broken down into 15 minutes a day of actionable steps and how to prioritize tasks have already made an improvement in my own life.
I highly recommend getting a copy in ebook form to use as a reference for the tasks and exercises at the end of each chapter. Being able to implement these will make a huge difference.
The only thing I struggled with is the accent of the narrarator of the first book. It did take some close listening to fully understand.

Understanding ADHD
As a person with ADHD, this book helped me to understand myself better. The author provides good management strategies that reduce overwhelm when starting to tackle procrastination task or ADHD symptoms. Even if you are not currently raising a ADHD child( like me), the information is good to have if ever needing to assist someone else. I will listen to this book again whenever I need a motivation boost and get back on track!

The ADHD Book To Cover It All - Listen & Apply
The three books in this bundle provide a wealth of information to assist in getting life under control. I received the greatest benefit from 'Organizing Your Home and Life With ADHD' as I'm not a woman and my kids haven't been teenagers for over 45 years. With that said, 'Thrive with Adult ADHD Workbook for Women' & 'Parenting Teens with ADHD' have given me some additional understanding of ADHD and how it can affect women and teens. I highly recommend the book.
