Publisher's summary

For Blizzard, the feeling of betrayal was one he knew well. His father, a longtime member of the Brothers by Blood MC, believed the brotherhood came first, even before his wife and child. At first Blizzard didn't even blame his mother for walking out on them. That was until he learned that she'd hooked up with a member of another MC, leaving him behind to deal with the aftermath.

He never thought he would feel that kind of pain again, swearing that his back would never again see the blade of another knife. That was until Rose came along, tempting him, drawing him in and then leaving him on the sidewalk, fighting for his life as she walked away with the enemy.

Rose had made many mistakes, hurting people who cared for her and destroying herself in the process. She was heading down a dark road and returning to the town where she lost herself - and her heart - was never part of the plan. When given the opportunity for redemption and with nothing left to lose she was about to throw herself back into hell. But karma against her, this time there might not be anyone coming to her rescue.

They say time heals all wounds, but time is running out.

Contains mature themes.

A story I love told by narrators I love.

When you drive around as much as I do, finding a good book is hard to do. But when you find it, it’s a good thing. This was a good thing.

OMG YAAAASSSSS! 🔥🔥🔥

Blizzard & Rose: triggers- domestic violence, drugs, kidnapping, bullying, assault. After the previous book left us on one doozy of a cliffhanger, this book gives Blizzard and Rose their story. While this series centers around “club girls”, Rose is not, nor has she ever been a club girl. She was the friend of Chelsea's who betrayed both Chelsea and the club and she's back… for redemption. I love that Rose is getting a second chance to be her true self. Blizzard starts off completely different in this book. Instead of being light hearted and funny, he's kind of broody, and closed off. He's mad that he didn't see what Rose was up to but I think really he's mad because he is in love with her. We get to learn a little more about both of their backstory and meet new characters. A neighboring club carrying a blast from Blizzard’s past shows up asking for help from the club. Rose offers her services with both clubs as protection. This book is dramatic, funny and so freaking sexy. One thing I was hoping for was a little resolution on both kids, Harlan (Optimus’ daughter and Jayla (now orphaned but taken in by the club). Hopefully we'll find out about them soon. Really good book and amazing series so far.

Warning cliff hanger

I hate cliff hangers. I hate cliff hangers. I hate cliff hangers. I hate cliff hangers. I absolutely dislike cliffhangers. No more Addison Jane books for me.

Series Just Ended 2020

Author should have come up with fictitious locations rather than using places that are unfamiliar, otherwise story could have been ok.

Didn't care much for the female narrator.

Ended in a cliff hanger.

Don't care for authors that stop a series not even half way through.
