About this listen
Oliver is down on his luck when he receives a letter from an attorney in Denver, Colorado. His estranged aunt has passed, leaving him a house and a bookstore in the tiny little town of Caloosa Springs, CO. As he begins to sort through his aunt’s affairs, he quickly realizes things are not as they seem.
Tyler takes pleasure in the simple life Caloosa Springs offers. He takes joy from horseback riding and helping his parents on their small family farm. But after his mother plays matchmaker with Elizabeth’s nephew, Tyler is thrown into the deep end. He can’t help the growing attraction, even if it means getting his hands dirty helping Oliver navigate through his aunt’s secrets.
Booked in Caloosa Springs is a fun, heartwarming, romantic comedy with hilarious characters, steamy, kinky, romance, and a guaranteed happily ever after.

Fun little story!
I’m re-listening to Christopher Chance’s audio stories and enjoyed this short story while driving home. Oliver leaves a poorly paid exhausting coffee shop job and a horrible roommate situation behind in New York after his late aunt leaves him her house and bookstore. It’s a surprise when he discovers the facts about his inheritance, the small Colorado town where he’s moved to, and the people who welcome him in.
