Would highly recommend reading this book if you work in Salesforce ecosystem, or really any of the similar platforms. One key concept I had never heard of, until this book is the V2MOM. Without digging into that, you might think of it in the same context as OKRs from Google. A key theme is the breaking down of silos, silos meant metaphorically — for anyone that works in a corporate setting this will resonate with you and arm you with a new perspective and outlook to thrive as an individual and help take your company to greater heights… if they let you. 😁
