Great book!

This was a great book and procrastination is definitely something I've dealt with a lot (haven't we all). I really liked how it took the time to help the reader learn their triggers for procrastination. It wasn't something I'd ever thought about and definitely helped clear things up for me for when I try to ignore something I need to do. Overall, a great book with lots of helpful information and a very actionable roadmap to stop procrastinating. I've already been incorporating many of these tips and tricks and have seen loads of improvement. (Also, I really liked the cover. Very creative)
