A true catalyst for self reflection and change!
This book is a powerful tool for healing. The author strikes the perfect balance of presenting biblical principles and personal anecdotes to speak to the her audience. I would highly recommend.

hard to follow
nice that it's a Christian author, but the writing is hard to follow and I didn't make it far through the book before archiving
