Brea and her brother Britt are 12-year-old twins who are both competitive gymnasts. Brea is an Xcel Gold gymnast, hoping to soon move to Platinum. Britt is a Level 8 Junior Elite gymnast who is extremely talented.
Britt has big goals: to qualify for Development Program Nationals as a Junior Elite gymnast and then to qualify for USA Championships—maybe even making the Junior National Team. Sometimes Brea gets annoyed when everyone acts so impressed with her twin brother, and she secretly wishes she was as talented as he is.
Brea does enjoy accompanying Britt to his meets. When the family travels to Arizona for Britt’s DP Nationals, they get to see many famous sights. Will Britt do well enough to qualify for USA Championships and the Junior National Team? Back home in the gym, can Brea learn the new skills she’s been working on?
