About this listen
Prepare to embark on a transformative journey into the extraordinary realm of breatharianism—a lifestyle where individuals sustain themselves on prana, the life force energy that permeates the universe. In this groundbreaking book, we unveil the profound insights and practical wisdom needed to explore this ancient practice safely and responsibly.
Discover the fascinating truth behind breatharianism and the remarkable abilities it promises. While the idea of living solely on air may seem implausible, we reveal the gradual stages and meticulous training required to cultivate this rare skill. Through years of disciplined practice and spiritual alignment, individuals can harness the energies of the astral and physical bodies to nourish themselves directly from the quantum field of energy.
Contrary to popular misconceptions, successful breatharianism is not about living on nothing—it's about tapping into the boundless wellspring of energy that sustains all life. Just as atoms draw sustenance from the quantum realm to maintain their delicate balance, so too can human cells learn to absorb nourishment from sources beyond the physical.
Join us as we delve into the practical techniques and dietary methods that facilitate the absorption of prana into the body. From electrolyte (or ionized) water to detoxification protocols, we unveil the tools and strategies for transitioning to a breatharian lifestyle safely and gradually.
Explore captivating case studies, including the astonishing story of Prahlad Jani, whose defiance of scientific norms challenges our understanding of human potential. Through meticulous research and open-minded exploration, we uncover the profound connection between breatharianism and spiritual wholeness.
Each chapter offers invaluable insights and practical guidance for those curious about the breatharian path. Whether you're seeking to enhance your vitality, deepen your spiritual practice, or simply expand your understanding of human potential, this book is your indispensable guide to the transformative world of breatharianism.

stop using the word breatharian
every time somebody talks about being a breatharian, but we really find out is that they simply eat like everybody else. sometimes they just as much as everybody else that claim they don't need to eat it, or the less food. or they go on Long fasts. this book isn't particularly helpful because the author himself eats every single day. there's nothing really to be learned here. he is a quasi vegetarian, and he simply doesn't understand nutrition. so if there's any real breatharians out there who can live without any food or water for the entirety of their lives, please stand up and make an audiobook. otherwise the author and the vast majority of people claiming to be breatharians are simply wasting everybody's time because they eat food usually on a daily basis.
there really isn't much to be learned in this audiobook. the AI voices of a phony British woman, and it doesn't sound very good. so this is my review.
