Peace and Tranquility
The ideas and concepts learned through this well written guide have added several options for inner peace and tranquility. I have even used some of the techniques with my students in elementary school.
I really liked the complete explanation of ideas and concepts. I will incorporate many of them within my daily routine.

Awesome companion to the book or stand alone
I bought Margaret's book a couple weeks ago, and I'm so glad there's an audio version. Since this is all about practicing your breath and the benefits of breath work, it was super helpful to be able to listen to the chapters and work through it as I went. The chapters are super well laid-out and easy to follow, giving you great insight and helpful tips for how to incorporate something we do every day much more thoughtfully and intentionally. I've just started taking yoga and concentrating on meditating, and this is a fantastic addition to my overall routine and essential in managing stress. All kinds of great tips and instructions on getting the most out of the simple act of connecting with your breath. Super excited I found this. Highly recommend with or without the book!

Awesome book on conscious breathwork!
Thank you, Margaret Hentschel, for a wonderful journey through the mechanics, effects, benefits, and more of conscious breathwork. I enjoyed learning about the science behind breathing; respiratory philosophies; and how to harness the power of breathing. I had no idea that nose breathing was more beneficial than breathing through the mouth and appreciated the instruction on the 4-7-8 technique; the visualization of a golden light; the legs up the wall; having a breath buddy; and the touch of music that accompanied the breathwork practice in the audio version of the book. Clearing my mind; relieving stress; and regulating moods are just some of the great benefits of the breathwork exercises detailed in this fabulous work--I give Breathe Easy, Transforming Stress With Breathwork two thumbs up!

What a helpful relaxing audiobook!
I got this book in the audiobook version to listen to in my car on long stressful drives. The driving is not as stressful anymore!! The content is spot on and very informative kudos to the author. She also chose just the right reader. I practice a lot of the breathing listening to this in hot tub on stressful days. So relaxing and I feel revitalized after. Thank you!!!

Very easy to understand and follow.
The audio book was very easy to listen to. It was calming and relaxing. This was my first time listening, and I listened in its entirety, relaxing and practicing the breathing methods as I followed along. I'll definitely listen over again (probably many times). I'm excited about coming up with my own daily routine, and am already planning multiple short sessions to help me relax throughout my sometimes hectic days.
