Publisher's summary
Mike the Panda, once vibrant and active, hurts his back and feels very sad and sore. Enter Mark the Fox, a cheerful and skilled physical therapist, who assures Mike that he'll help him recover. Over the course of 28 days, Mark guides Mike through a series of gentle exercises and activities designed to strengthen his back and restore his mobility.
Each day brings new challenges and small victories. Mark starts with simple tasks, like helping Mike spin and stretch, and gradually introduces more complex movements, such as standing, walking, and balancing. Mark's constant encouragement and tailored exercises help Mike regain confidence and physical strength. Throughout their journey, they enjoy playful moments in the forest, with various woodland creatures appearing in the background, adding to the whimsical and supportive atmosphere.
Mike's transformation is remarkable. From being unable to move without pain, he progresses to playing games, climbing trees, and even dancing in the rain. Mark changes hats daily, symbolizing his adaptability and dedication to Mike's recovery. By the end of the 28 days, Mike is fully healed and stronger than ever. Their journey highlights the power of friendship, persistence, and the joy of overcoming obstacles together, culminating in a heartwarming celebration with all their forest friends.

Story
The kingdom of Cornucopia was once the happiest in the world. It had plenty of gold, a king with the finest moustache you could possibly imagine, and butchers, bakers, and cheesemongers whose exquisite foods made a person dance with delight when they ate them. Everything was perfect - except for the misty Marshlands to the north, which, according to legend, were home to the monstrous Ickabog. Anyone sensible knew that the Ickabog was just a myth to scare children into behaving. But the funny thing about myths is that sometimes they take on a life of their own.
