hard pass. this was a whole lot of nothing for about 3 hours. I listened just to make sure it essential hiding any gems... spoiler , it wasn't

15 Minutes of Content Repeated Over and Over and Over
Is this a joke? This is extremely repetitive and tedious to listen to because of the repetition. If the repetition was eliminated it might be a 15 minute audiobook. The content could probably be summarized in one or two typewritten pages. It seems to have been written by someone who was paid by the word.

Very repetitive and lacked depth on topics
This audible was very to repetitive and lacked depth. The authort did not give a comprehensive explanation on the topics discussed. All very vague and is info you can find more about on google.
