About this listen

My hot Drexian best friend was tempting—but off-limits. Then we got stuck together on an Inferno Force battleship. Now resisting him is torture.

When the Inferno Force battleship I’m working on jumps away to save a colony under attack, I have no choice but to become part of the crew.

But the Inferno Force ship is nothing like the high-tech space station I’m used to—and the warrior crew isn’t used to females on board. For a curvy brainiac who’s not used to being noticed, I’m now being noticed—a lot.

At least my best work friend—also an Inferno Force warrior—is onboard, but it doesn’t help that I’ve started to look at Vekron as, well, not a friend. The last thing I want is to lose my only friend if things didn’t work out.

When we learn that the attack on the colony didn’t come from the Drexian’s usual enemy, but instead from a new alien scourge sweeping across the galaxy, my traitorous thoughts are pushed aside as the entire ship works to rebuild the colony and defend it from the deadly threat.

But life among the gorgeous warriors is anything but simple, and my feelings for Vekron make it torturous. I might survive the terrifying alien swarm, but can I survive being forced to live side by side with the one guy I can’t risk falling for?

This stand-alone sci-fi romance novel features steamy scenes on an Inferno Force battleship, a smoking-hot Inferno Force crew, and a guaranteed HEA. If you like feisty heroines, aliens with extra erogenous zones, and lots of adventure, you’ll love Burn, the third book in Tana Stone’s sci-fi romance Inferno Force of the Drexian Warriors series.

Loved it!

Another hit in the Drexian series. From friends to lovers to forever mates. Ms Stone introduces another race of baddies to fight which I am sure will give many more books for her to write and us to love. This one gives plenty of steam and romance to last until the next book in the series comes out. I can’t wait. Off to find something else to listen to until Blaze comes out. 🥰

Loved it!!

Mix one feisty human female and the hottest alien badass nerd in the Drexian Empire in an Inferno Force battleship and watch the sparks fly! The only thing hotter than Drexian warriors in their natural habitat is the passion between Nina and Vekron. But will they realize it before it’s too late?

Burn is an excellent continuation of the Inferno Force series!

That was fun!

I loved this book. All of the characters were interesting and the romance added to the overall greatness of the story. Lots of hot warriors and cool battles. The narrators did an excellent job. I really like the style of narration used here, it really made the book flow more like a movie in my ears.

this is a wonderful story.

Love this series and love this author. I absolutely adore friends to lovers. and our hero, the most handsome warrior of all, is a Nerd!!! what's not to love about that? the romance is hot and our Nina is so smart and sweet. this story hit all the marks for me. Best friends, gorgeous warriors and a beautiful intelligent woman. Our Ms. Stone always does the best job of making all her leading ladies be confident, capable, and full of heart. thanks for the wonderful addition to the series and please keep up the good work

Vek

I love this series but must admit that this is my favorite book thus far, the story fleshed out extremely well, the characters people that you easily become vested in,and it was great catching up with some of the characters from previous books! I also thought the narration was excellent I always love it when u know immediately who is speaking just from voice inflection and don’t have to go back to try to figure out which character said what! Excellent job all the way round, highly recommend!!

It’s okay-ish.

The story is what you expect, mildly entertaining with short, easy lines to follow. I was not particularly enamored with the female voice. She was too, I don’t know…perky? High-pitched? Just kind of annoying to my ears. Male narration was more adequate. Overall, it was fairly good. I’m looking forward to the next installment.
