Children with ADHD
When I worked as a school bus driver years back, I had children with ADHD and some anger problems. It was a challenge, but I had to work with it. The audiobook contains strategies to improve focus, help children manage frustration, and reduce emotional outbursts. I need to teach my kids to build relationships with other kids; the audiobook brings inspirational and successful stories for children to thrive with ADHD. Dealing with kids with Oppositional Defiant Disorder is something that all parents can surely learn from this audiobook.

A nice and friendly reminder for parents.
I’ve worked with kids who struggle with focus and managing their emotions, and it’s not easy for them or their parents. Reading this audiobook reminded me of those moments when kids just needed the right tools to calm down or stay on task, beacuse using the right tool is extremely important! This audiobook talked about lots fun exercises that don’t feel like homework but actually help kids learn to handle frustration and improve focus. I liked how it also gives parents easy steps to support their child!

Valuable Resource, Full of Information
I got this workbook for my daughter, who teaches at a preschool, and it has been an incredible resource. She has several kids with ADHD and emotional regulation challenges, and she’s been looking for ways to engage them effectively and create a positive environment. The activities in this workbook are fun and interactive, holding the attention of kids while helping them learn valuable skills. I love how it simplifies CBT and DBT techniques, making them easy for children to understand and use. It's been great to discuss this with her and be able to talk and help her through this learning process. She and I have listened to the book and it is easy to understand and gives great advice. So much information. It's been such a helpful tool for improving focus and teaching emotional management in a positive way. Very glad I came across this book, it has been very helpful.
